The Capri ADE-1F2 is a widely approved cable gland for use with non-armored cables providing a flameproof and waterproof seal on the outer sheath of the cable. Suitable for IEC and NEC installations and with many cable types the Capri ADE-1F2 offers a range of materials and thread options to cover all requirements. 0:08 Disassemble gland to remove sealing ring 0:12 Remove sealing ring 0:21 Cut out IP protective seal 0:23 Rupture breakout web and remove cleanly 0:31 Reassemble gland; seal first 0:35 Ensure washer is assembled in correct orientation 0:46 Assemble into hub 0:51 Tighten the gland in hub 0:59 Verify correct cable diameter 1:06 Insert cable through seal into enclosure 1:15 Engage seal by tightening the capnut 1:29 Assembly of external clamping option 1:32 Locate module around cable and in groove on capnut 1:37 Hand tighten and locate the clamp 1:41 Use screw driver to tighten the clamp
