TVS Diode ESD Suppressors from Eaton
0:58
Eaton’s TVS Diode ESD Suppressors provide highly reliable protection for electronics against very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning. They are ideal for I/O interfaces, digital and analog signal lines by using very low clamping voltage and operate in nanoseconds. TVS Diode ESD Suppressors are offered from 3.3 V up to 36 V and capacitances down to 0.15 pF. Multiple footprints are offered including many common footprints that can provide up to 30 kV ESD withstand per IEC 61000-4-2 and 2000 W peak power dissipation on an 8/20 µs waveform without performance degradation.
