Automotive Power over coax (PoC) Inductors
1:04
Eaton PCA family of inductors provide high current performance and a wide range of broadband filtering options for power over coax automotive applications. The PCA family is offered in a standard 3225 metric footprint with 2.3 and 3.0 millimeter heights. They’re offered with current ratings up to 2.2 amps and inductance values from 2.2 to 47 microhenries. PCA inductors are available with self-resonant frequencies from 30 to 300 megahertz and constructed using a precision-controlled coil winding on a robust ferrite-bobbin core. This suppresses parasitic characteristics for superior filter performance, and they’re magnetically shielded for optimal EMI immunity. With an operating temperature of -55 to 150 degrees and tested to AECQ-200, the Eaton PCA high-current power-over-coax inductors are ideal for use in automotive cameras, lidar, radar, ADAS, infotainment, and other applications.

What are film capacitors?
1:57
Metallized polypropylene film capacitors use a polypropylene dielectric with a thin layer of metal deposited on it. This film is then wound around a core, leads are attached, and the capacitor is enclosed in a plastic case.
