Intelligent Notification Controller (INC) Technical Video
19:50
Eaton’s Intelligent Notification Controller (INC) is a smart, modular panel that provides power to notification appliances with multiple means of supervision, superior diagnostics, and redundancy to improve the resiliency of life safety systems. In addition, the controller is listed for fire alarm, mass notification, and access and building control, and provides extended battery backup for carbon monoxide (CO) applications. It also features advanced CO signaling capabilities. Eaton’s INC is fully backward compatible with our existing installed base of products that use our latest LED line, Eluxa, as well as our Wheelock xenon product lines. Not only can you use the existing wiring infrastructure, but the Wheelock conventional LED devices and new addressable modules can be installed on the same wires, and in the same field of view, leaving the older xenon devices in place. This drastically reduces installation costs associated with retrofit and expansion while providing a migration path for our customers to the latest technology.
